RETURNS
No merchandise is to be returned without prior authorization by MONARCH DECALS and must be requested within 15 days of receipt of order.A Return Material Authorization number will be issued. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
All claims for loss or damage should be reported to MONARCH DECALS immediately. When reporting damage be sure to hold all containers and packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier.
